How long does it take to receive my products once they are ordered?

Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number to track your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and take between 1 and 5 days for delivery depending on your location.

Can I use my own logo or other images when designing my banner, sign, or car magnet?

Yes. We accept .svg, .wmf, .emf, .png, and .jpg file formats. Our preferred formats are .svg, .wmf, and .emf (vector graphic files). Using vector graphics will allow you to easily match colors between your logo (or image) and other text or shapes in the design. If you have any questions, contact us for help.

Can I use an entire design that has already been created?

Yes. You can upload an entire design in one of the formats mentioned above. If you have a PDF file or a file in another format (such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or PhotoShop (.psd)), email the file to us and we will convert the image into an accepted format at no cost.

Will the colors on my printed products exactly match the colors I see on my computer screen when viewing the proof?

Colors on your printed products may not exactly match the colors on your computer screen due to different monitor calibrations.

If my sign is double sided and has arrows to point the viewer in the right direction, how do you ensure that the viewer is pointed in the right direction regardless of which side is being viewed?

If your sign is doubled sided and has arrows, we will make the proper adjustments so that the arrows point viewers in the same direction.
